Uninsured Motorist Coverage – Although state law requires every motorist to carry a minimum amount of insurance, many drivers do not abide by this law and have no insurance or insufficient insurance. Uninsured motorist coverage protects you in these situations up to the limit of the policy you purchased.

Personal Injury Protection – Personal injury protection (PIP) covers damages arising from an accident regardless of who or what caused the accident. Under state law, you are required to carry a minimum of $10,000 in PIP to have a Florida license plate and vehicle registration.
