Paul S. Ginsburg
Paul S. Ginsburg has been practicing law in South Florida for 29 years. Paul has tried over 125 jury trials through verdict as first chair, meaning he was either the only lawyer or the primary attorney for a party involved in the litigation, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has handled cases on behalf of individuals, small businesses and major corporations. Paul has been a trial attorney for some of the country’s major insurance companies, including American International Group (AIG), State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and Zurich North America. Paul received his bachelor of Arts in 1980 from the University of Florida, and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law.

Paul is the proud father of two adult children, one of whom is pursuing her Doctorate in Psychology, and the other of whom is pursuing his J.D., M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California.
